EVERY CLOUD HAS A SILVER LINING
When an artist is a true artist, he or she finds a way to continue to speak their truth. Even though the world may seem

Interview with director – Leland Montgomery
The arts were sort of present in my life for as long as I can remember. My mom and dad had been part of the Oakland Art scene for as long as I can remember. Some of their best friends were the original founders of Burning Man and I remember going to burner parties in warehouses when I was a little kid. My current passion as a filmmaker, however, began when I started doing plays in high school. I remember being interested not only in acting, but also in costume and scenic design. My interest only broadened in college.

LIKE ANIMALS
LIKE ANIMALS is a visually stunning film which opens with a haunting score in a neighborhood lackluster of life. The non-color palette and neutral tones define a monotone way of living that reflects the lives of the characters that call this home. The score creates a foreboding pulse to the film that carries the story in a haunting rhythm.

HOME CONSTRUCTORS
The film is about five Palestinian workers who try to find their place alongside their Jewish-Israeli constructor during Israeli’s Memorial Day. By distancing themselves from a foreigner fellow-worker – a refugee from Darfur – the workers are hoping to finally belong to this land that defines its owners by the rules of war.

INTERVIEW WITH DIRECTOR – GREGORY ALLEN
Allen has been in the entertainment industry for thirty years as an actor, director, writer and producer – having worked on television, film and stage. He is an award winning director.

THE STAND UP DOLL
HE STAND UP DOLL is a beautiful and poignant documentary about the 100 year life journey of Risa Ingelfeld told by Director Evelyne Tollman Werzowa.

DIRECTOR BARRY WORTHINGTON
I grew up in Laytonsville and Gaithersburg, Maryland, and the Gaithersburg area is where I currently reside with my wife. This is where I first picked up a camera when I was 6 years old, and I feel very fortunate to be from here.
